Stratify is a market data and analysis tool. It scans price structure, options positioning and published off-exchange volume, and presents what it finds. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Nothing on Stratify is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Setups, conviction scores, suggested contracts, gamma levels and every other output are informational. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for any losses you incur. Trading options involves substantial risk, including the total loss of the amount you put in.
No result shown on the site, in its history, or by the Agentic Trader is a promise or projection of future performance.
The Agentic Trader executes on Stratify's own internal book, not through a brokerage account. Its fills are recorded at the live quote at the moment of execution and may differ from what an order at a brokerage would receive; its results do not include slippage, liquidity, fees or the emotional reality of live risk, and are not a promise of what any account would earn.
Market data reaches Stratify from third parties and is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Specifically, and without limiting that:
Stratify is not liable for any loss arising from data that is inaccurate, delayed or unavailable.
You must be at least 18 and provide an accurate email. Your login is for you alone — do not share credentials, member links or access with anyone else. Accounts found to be shared, resold or automatically scraped may be suspended without refund.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Membership is billed in advance through Stripe for the term you choose — monthly, every three months, or yearly — and renews automatically on that same term until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops all future billing and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. The current period is not refunded, in whole or in part, and unused time carries no cash value. This includes cancellation partway through a period, loss of access due to a breach of these terms, and periods during which you did not use the service.
Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; a change never applies to a period already paid for. You are responsible for any taxes that apply where you live.
Stratify is provided without any uptime guarantee. Scheduled scans, alerts and live data may be interrupted by maintenance, upstream outages or events outside our control. Interruptions do not entitle you to a refund or credit.
Do not scrape, resell, redistribute or republish Stratify's data or output; do not attempt to bypass access controls; do not use the service unlawfully or to harm its operation for others.
The site, its software, scoring models and presentation are owned by Stratify. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable right to use the service while it is active — it does not transfer ownership of anything.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Stratify is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using Stratify at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms; where we do, section 06 applies and no refund is due.

Governing law: the laws of the operator's state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
